Oakland: Man recovering from gunshot wounds shot dead in his long term care facility bed OAKLAND — A man fatally shot Saturday morning in his bed at a long term care facility in Adams Point was recovering from gunshot wounds suffered in a drive-by shooting last September in Oakland that left another man dead, authorities confirmed.The man killed Saturday was identified by authorities as Paris Moffett, 23, of Oakland.Investigators have not provided a motive for the Saturday killing and are trying to determine if the two killings are related. (KRON) -- Officers with the Santa Rosa Police Department seized eight pounds of suspected methamphetamine, two pounds of suspected cocaine and $8,000 while executing a search warrant for a drug investigation on Monday morning, according to SRPD.
